"To prepare Fish curry for 1kg Fish
1. Soak 45 g of Fish Curry powder in 100-150 ml of Luke warm water to make a thick paste ..
2. Heat oil and add whole spices, sauté it on LOW or MEDIUM flame, add Soaked Fish curry paste in it, stair it for 5-10 mins, add Salt as per your taste, add water as per the gravy thickness you wants.
3.Add Fried/Raw Fish in it and cook it for 10-15 minutes until it boils. Your Recipe is ready to eat."
