How to Cook:-

To prepare paneer masala for 200g .
1. Soak 62 g of paneer Curry powder in 200-300 ml of Luke warm water to make a thick paste .
2. Heat oil in a Pan and add whole spices, sauté it on LOW or MEDIUM flame,add Soaked paneer gravy paste in it, add Salt as per your taste, stir it for 5-10 mins.
3.Add sliced paneer(optional-fried) in it, mix well with spices and stir it for 5-10 mins,add water as per the gravy thickness you wants and cook it for another 10-15 minutes until gravy cooked well and reached to your desired gravy thickness.
