Sabji Gravy

The best combination of All spices  and vegetable powder like sabji Masala, Onion, Garlic ,Ginger, Tomato and other ingredients to prepare sabji Masala curry/gravy recipe "To prepare vegetable for 4 person.

How to cook:-

1. Soak 15-20g  of vegetable Curry powder in 100ml of Luke warm water to make a thick paste .

2. Heat oil in a Pan and add whole spices, sauté it on LOW or MEDIUM flame, add Soaked vegetable gravy paste in it, add Salt as per your taste, stir it for 5-10 mins.

3. Add sliced vegetable(optional-fried) in it, mix well with spices and stir it for 3-5 mins, add water as per the gravy thickness you wants and cook it for another 10-15 minutes until vegetable cooked well and reached to your desired gravy thickness.
